A leader cannot be successful on their own. You must have a team of leaders to make any organization truly successful. Managers and executives are those leaders.
Through a group introductory meeting, followed up with one-on-one consulting and coaching, each selected manager and executive is met with to help validate their existing leadership and managerial skills, and level them up from there.
Advanced Leadership Coaching
Every successful professional sport in the history of sports of any kind has had a coach for the whole season. And the coach is not only there for the occasional game.
They are there weekly, multiple times a week, invested in the team and the team invested in the coach. There are playbooks established for that team. Practices, work on and off the field, to make that team successful.
